Revised participating professional agreements

In a letter dated, May 14, Regence BlueShield of Idaho sent your practice either a new Participating and Other Health Care Professional Agreement or a Medical Group Agreement.

As a reminder, your signed documents must be received by Regence no later than June 15.

Twin Falls office has a new location

As of May 27, our Twin Falls office is now located at 247 River Vista Place, Suite 102. The office hours, along with phone and fax numbers remain the same.

The previous office location at 450 Falls Avenue has been closed.
