Patient Feedback
Regence believes in the power of information
to transform the health care system. For the last
couple of years, we’ve been working to provide
our members with online tools that enable them
to weigh the value of their health care choices.
The Member Review feature on myRegence.com gives Regence members the opportunity to provide feedback on their experiences with individual providers, including physicians, dentists, other health care professionals and facilities.
We recognize that some providers may have concerns
about this feature. We have tried to strike
a balance between responsible moderation and the
need to provide our members with unfiltered, real-time
information they expect in an online community.
We believe our moderation policy, combined with
clear member accountability, are important safeguards
to ensure responsible use of the feature. As with
all of our services, we will continue to monitor
this feature’s effectiveness and appropriate
usage to ensure it gives our members the information
they want and need to become better informed and
engaged health care consumers.
Ninty percent of our members who have submitted feedback recommend their providers to others.

clinic name (all providers in the clinic are listed
together) or by last name and facility. |
