Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

We offer participating providers the option of having their claims payments deposited directly into their bank account. If you are not already receiving electronic payments, we urge you to consider these benefits:

Advantages

  • Eliminate possible lost or stolen checks
  • Fast, secure delivery of claims payments
  • Eliminate trips to the bank to deposit checks
  • Software systems at many provider offices can automatically reconcile payments received against claims posted when EFT is used in combination with electronic remittance advices (ERA)

Getting Started

  • To enroll in EFT you must also agree to receive your remittance advices electronically.
  • Pharmacies please contact RegenceRx to enroll in EFT.
  • All other providers should print and complete the Automatic Deposit (EFT/ACH Credits) Authorization and Contact Information (PDF) form including authorized signature(s)
  • Attach a voided check to the form or attach a copy of a bank letter with account information to the form
  • Submit the completed form and voided check or bank letter via:
    • Secured fax transmission to (888) 875-6905
    • Email as a scanned attachment to eft@regence.com

You will receive a confirmation email when your request is received and a second email when your EFT set-up is complete. Upon completion, the next claim payment cycle will be sent electronically to your designated account.

EFT deposits for all Regence medical and dental products will be made two business days after the payment voucher date to comply with National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) guidelines.

Updating Your Account Information
If you change bank accounts, please use this form (PDF) to submit your changes. Keep your existing account open until Regence transfers the EFT to the new account. Contact your provider consultant with any questions.
