| Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
Regence BlueShield of Idaho offers Participating Providers who submit claims electronically and receive claims remittances either in 835 format or through Regence Online Services may authorize Regence to deposit their funds directly into their bank account. Please note that Regence EFT deposit dates for BlueCard®, InnovaSM and EngageSM payments will be made two business days after the payment voucher date to comply with National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) guidelines.

Regence will contact you to confirm when the EFT set-up process has been completed for your account and when you can expect to receive your first payment. Once enrolled for EFT you will no longer receive paper payment vouchers.

If you need to change bank accounts, please keep your existing account open until Regence can transfer the EFT to the new account. Please notify our EFT area that your accounts are changing by calling 1 (800) 662-7534 or fax the new account information to 801 (333) 6554 or e-mail UT_CashMngmt@regence.com.
