On September 26, a redesigned Eligibility and Benefits
Summary screen will allow you to obtain
benefit information from a single screen for your patients on the following products:
- Medical - Regence EvolveSM Individual and Family,
Regence Bridge, Innova®, Engage®,
ActivateSM and Regence HSA Healthplan 2.0SM
- Dental - EncoreSM, RadianceSM and
ExpressionsSM
The revised screen will include the following:
- New patient title bar
- Tabbed navigation for medical, dental and vision
- Additional other insurance (e.g., primary, secondary)

- More extensive benefit accumulators
