Three provider network choices**
- AccessCare network - 19 contracted
hospitals with approximately 3,300 providers available
throughout Idaho (all 44 counties).
- RegionalCare network - 11 contracted
hospitals and approximately 1,900 providers located
throughout 14 counties.
- ValueCare network - 19 contracted
hospitals and approximately 600 providers located
throughout 17 counties.

- To be eligible for Regence Chamber Select,
both the agent and the group must be members
of their local Chamber of Commerce. To learn
more about membership, visit your local Idaho
Chamber of Commerce Web site.
- Regence Chamber Select is available to businesses
with 2-99 employees who belong to an Idaho Chamber
of Commerce.
- The lifetime maximum for all Regence Chamber
Select plans is $1 million.
