New and Improved Employer Reporting
You spoke, we listened. Regence is excited to introduce our new employer reporting system, featuring some significant enhancements based on your feedback. Our new system gives you real time control of your data.
Features include:
Enhanced Standard Reporting—Get the same data you've received from Regence in the past along with a new Dashboard report that combines relevant information from multiple reports into a single view. It provides quick answers on cost and utilization against benchmark data.
Customization—Complete control of your data and how you view it. You can do real time customization of the standard reports or build one from scratch, allowing you to:
- Decide what data are presented together, including benchmark data
- Control how your data are filtered
- Change the data display between a table view or multiple chart types
- Resize and re-order data panels as you see fit
Report Sharing—Let others see how you've customized your reporting. You can optionally share your reports with others at your company, with your agent (if applicable) and with Regence staff.
Streamlined Excel Exporting—Export a little or a lot. Select data within a report, or the entire reporting workbook, for a clean export to Excel for easy analysis and presentation.
Get Started
The new reporting system is available to current report users now. Simply sign in to Employer Center, then click the Try Employer Reporting button in the reporting menu. This will launch the new system in a new window. You'll find support materials on the home tab to get you started, including a quick reference guide, a user guide, a glossary of terms, and animated video demos and tutorials.
The old Employer Reporting system will be available until February 5th, 2010, allowing you plenty of time to get used to the new system and to get your 2009 year end reports out of the old system. If you don't have access, and your group is 100 or more employees, contact your account manager or sales rep to get set up.
