program is designed to promote healthy lifestyles through
education, prevention and wellness. Regence BlueShield
of Idaho members can use the program to receive price
breaks on a wide variety of products and services, including

Prescription Services (PPS) - Members can
use PPS to order prescriptions online, track prescriptions
and automatically order refills for delivery via mail.

Mail Service Pharmacy -
Members may order prescriptions online for mail delivery,
track their prescriptions and view drug information
using Walgreens Mail Service Pharmacy.
Integrated Behavioral Health
Program (IBHP) - The Integrated Behavioral
Health Program (IBHP) provides a comprehensive and coordinated
approach to behavioral health care needs, including
programs for mental health and substance abuse. Specialized
staff coordinate the medical needs for the individual
in support of clinicians treatment plan and a dedicated
network of IBHP providers provide the highest level
of services and the best benefit option for the member.
Employee Assistance Program
(EAP) - Regence BlueShield of Idaho
provides EAP serves for all groups with 2 to 99 eligible
employers. Each member and their immediate family members
have up to eight sessions per incident at no additional
out-of pocket expense. Groups larger than 100 eligible
employees have the choice for purchasing either a 4
session or an 8 session EAP per incident program with
no additional out-of-pocket expense.
The EAP provides assistance with issues related to
stress, parenting, grief, marriage, drugs and alcohol,
and other life issues through short-term, professional
and confidential counseling services. The EAP also provides
referrals to community services or programs, and access
to a toll-free, 24-hour crisis hotline and resource
center. |
