Calculator, a Web-based program. Regence Select is a
suite of affordable health-insurance options for employer
groups of 2-99 employees. With one Regence Select baseline
quote, you can create many group options and have their
relative price values at your fingertips.

How to Use the Calculator
- Enter the ZIP code where the group is located.
- Enter group name.
- Select renewal quarter.
- Select renewal year.
- Choose the number of eligible employees.
- Choose the number of enrolled employees.
- For groups of 15 or more employees, choose a rate
tier.
- Enter the baseline quote rates.
- Enter group enrollment numbers including detailed
headcount in each age bracket in the enrollment column.
Note: This is required for groups 15-50.
- Select single option, dual product, or dual network.
- Choose network(s), products, medical and other benefit
options.
- Once you have chosen your benefits, select “Calculate”
button for immediate rates.
- You may then select “View Rates” for
a printable version of your option.
- Select “Back” button to choose additional
options.
