We recommend pairing Vitality with our Regence HSA Healthplan since it gives your employees a clear incentive to be savvier health care consumers. Other plan options include Regence ActivateSM or another high-deductible plan. With employees sharing more of the cost, you have more financial flexibility to invest in wellness programs that help employees make healthy lifestyle decisions.
Dual Option
Vitality allows employers to offer more than one health plan option. As long as there is an HSA or another high-deductible option in place, all employees can participate in Vitality’s wellness programs, regardless of the Regence plan they choose.
