Agent Center Enhancements

We have made a few enhancements to Agent Center recently. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with these changes. We hope you find them helpful as you use Agent Center. Several of the changes were made based on agent feedback. Thank you for utilizing Agent Center. If you have any questions, please contact your local Regence BlueShield of Idaho office.
Renewal Listing - “Available” Column
What changed?
The “Release Date” column was replaced with an “Available” column. The “Available” column displays “Yes” or “No,” depending on whether the renewal is available in Agent Center.
Why was the change made?
Based on feedback, the “Release Date” caused confusion. The “Available” column is an effective indicator of whether a renewal is ready to be viewed and worked.

My Group Details - “Source” Column
What changed?
A “Source” column was added to the quote listing on the My Group Details page.
Why was the change made?
The “Source” column identifies whether a quote was created by an agent or by a Regence BlueShield of Idaho employee.

“Intended Effective Date” Field
What changed?
The ‘Intended Effective Date’ field was moved from the Group Information screen to the Properties page of the quote. In addition, this field is now ‘read only’ on published firm quotes. If you need to quote a different effective date, on a firm quote, please contact your Sales Executive.
Why was the change made?
To realize system performance enhancements and to better enforce business practices regarding firm quote effective date changes.

Printable Census Displays
What changed?
Printable links were added to the “Census” page. This allows you to print a formatted version of the census. Formatted versions of the census are available as an employee only listing or an employee and dependent listing. These links are available on 2 to 50 and 51 to 99 prospective quotes, and 2 to 50 group renewals.
Why was the change made?
Based on agent feedback, we wanted to provide a formatted version of the census.
